1. What OHub24 Is
OHub24 aggregates and organizes job, internship, grant, fellowship, scholarship, and award opportunities, and helps users prepare applications. OHub24 is not the employer, funder, or grant-giver for any listing shown on the site, and does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing — details can change after we’ve listed them, and you should always verify directly with the original source.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use OHub24.
3. Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and using your profile.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Use the site to harass, spam, or scrape data at scale
- Attempt to circumvent payment for postings
- Misrepresent yourself as another person or organization
5. Applications
When you apply through OHub24 — whether by reviewing and sending a prepared email, or being directed to an external site — you are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of your own application content. OHub24 is not a party to any resulting employment, grant, or scholarship relationship.
6. Posting Opportunities (Employers & Grant-Givers)
- Postings are paid, one-time, per listing, at the price shown on our [Pricing page] at time of purchase — currently $599 USD, applicable to any listing type.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listing content, and for responding to applicants.
- All postings are non-refundable once payment is completed.
- We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or appears fraudulent, without refund, at our discretion.
- Listings remain live for the duration stated at time of purchase, after which they are automatically unpublished.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our AI Draft Assistant adapts text you provide to a specific opportunity. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before using it in a real application.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
OHub24 does not guarantee that you will be hired, funded, or awarded any opportunity listed on the site, nor that any employer or funder will respond to your application.
9. Limitation of Liability
OHub24 is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including missed opportunities, application errors, or third-party actions (including those of Flutterwave, employers, or funders).
10. Third-Party Links and Services
OHub24 links to and integrates with third-party sites and services (employer career pages, Flutterwave, etc.) that we do not control and are not responsible for.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
