This Privacy Policy explains what information OHub24 (“we,” “us”) collects, how it’s used, and your rights regarding it. OHub24 serves users globally, and we aim to apply consistent, reasonable privacy practices regardless of where you’re located.

Account information: username, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
Profile information you provide: full name, phone number, country, education details, skills, work history, and any personal statement or proposal text you add.
Documents you upload: resumes, CVs, personal statements, or proposals you choose to store on your profile.
Payment information: if you post a job, grant, or scholarship listing, payment is processed entirely by Flutterwave. We never receive, see, or store your card details — only confirmation that payment succeeded.
Communications: if you use our email-apply feature, the message content you write is sent on your behalf; we retain a record that the application was sent.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To match you with relevant opportunities
- To pre-fill application information for your review
- To send applications you explicitly choose to send by email
- To generate AI-assisted draft text, when you use that feature (see Section 3)
- To operate and improve the site
3. Third-Party Services We Use
- Flutterwave — processes all payments. See Flutterwave’s own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — if you use the AI Draft Assistant, the text of your base personal statement and the opportunity details are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a draft. This text is subject to Anthropic’s own data handling terms.
- Email delivery — application emails you send are delivered through our hosting provider’s email infrastructure.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We aim to respond to all requests within [insert your realistic timeframe].
6. Age Requirement
OHub24 is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us so we can remove it.
